    Default Distilled Water

I have been using distilled water after my washes and for misting with some conditioner on the ends and I love it! It is the best my hair has been feeling ever, so soft and not tangly at all anymore. Now the tangle teezer glides right through so easy. Now I wont even think of letting tap water touch my hair unless I have distilled water around to rinse it out. I also cut my hair to the middle of thighs but its still below fingertip length, much fuller and not having bad hair fall anymore so this is good. Still is thin but not so bad like before. I am still thinking I should cut it to classic length with a U shape but I dont know yet we will see. When I cut my hair I cut it into a U shape using the feye thing and I spent a good few hours on it to make sure I got it perfect. I just did it on a whim cuz I was so sick of thin ends. When I researched on the net about the moroccan method to cut by moon signs I had discovered that I cut my hair on the exact dates they say to, lol pretty coincidental I think.

I also started to do CO. I have been doing it for about 2 or 3 weeks now and my hair is much better now than before, before it was getting so dry and tangly which is why I cut my hair, plus cause it was so thin at the bottom part. I only did shampoo once during this time only cuz I did henna and I didnt want residue on my hair. So now I am co convert and am very happy. Have to stock up on some vo5.

Hope you guys are having a great day!

I tried the distilled water thing a few times myself and I did feel my hair was better when I used it.

But I don't want to have to keep buying distilled water and fiddle with it every time I want to wash my hair. I'm just to freakin' lazy.

I wish I had the perfect water right out of my tap.

I'm glad you found a routine that works for you! I'm too lazy for distilled water myself.

Works great also if you can't use buy a filter and are going to do an ACV rinse, super soft!

I have been rinsing with distilled lately, too (religiously). It seems I had to replace my showerhead filter earlier this time around and my hair was dry. Rinsing with a gallon of distilled water at the end worked like a charm.

My hair loves distilled water! Being lazy myself, I keep a gallon mixed with 2 teaspoons of citric acid powder right next to my shower. I only use 1/2 cup as my final rinse and my hair is slightly longer than waist. It lasts quite a while - I wash every 5 days or so.

I recently began adding 2 tiny drops of aloe (Fruit of the Earth) to my rinse cup - laziness again! I was trying to condense a few steps in my routine. Wow! Instant silky softness! Definitely a keeper!

I've only tried rinsing with distilled water once, but my hair seemed fluffier afterward. I'll try it a few more times to see if it's the water or if something else was going on.
